Meet the Host
Jason Falvey, NRP, is an EMS Battalion Chief with more than 30 years of experience in emergency medical services. His career has included frontline paramedicine, clinical quality, countywide operations, regulatory compliance, business development, and executive leadership across multiple states.
Throughout his career, Jason has led large teams, launched ambulance services, helped modernize clinical and deployment systems, and coordinated resources during high-acuity and large-scale incidents. His leadership philosophy is grounded in credibility, accountability, humility, and service to the people doing the work.
Jason created In-Service EMS Podcast to bring experienced professionals and emerging voices together for meaningful conversations about the present and future of EMS.
