Ricky Bias is a Program Manager for Air Evac Lifeteam and a healthcare leader with more than 15 years of experience in EMS, fire service, air medical transport, and operations management. Over the course of his career, he has served as a Paramedic, Firefighter/Paramedic, Flight Paramedic, Operations Manager, and Program Manager, leading teams in both ground and air medical environments. He is passionate about leadership development, employee engagement, operational excellence, and advancing emergency medical services. Even today, he still works occasional shifts as a ground paramedic because of a genuine passion for patient care and staying connected to the frontline realities of EMS. He brings a unique perspective shaped by years of hands-on clinical experience and healthcare leadership across multiple facets of public safety, critical care transport, and organizational leadership. Ricky lives in Atlanta with his wife and two dogs.
