What really happens when a patient leaves the ground and enters the world of flight medicine? He is passionate about leadership development, employee engagement, operational excellence, and advancing emergency medical services. Even today, he still works occasional shifts as a ground paramedic because of a genuine passion for patient care and staying connected to the frontline realities of EMS. He brings a unique perspective shaped by years of hands-on clinical experience and healthcare leadership across multiple facets of public safety, critical care transport, and organizational leadership.
